Can we start blocking certain champions in bronze?

Useless champs like teemo or quinn, or aatrox, or other stupid picks that f my games even when im pulling s ranks. Seriously bronze are not capable of making lot of champs work and it shouldn't be allowed until higher elo.

Did you.... Did you really just call Quinn useless? Anyway, how would you feel if they blocked your main or secondary pick in games? It's one thing to have your champ banned away from you, and another to just not have the option to pick them just because some other people aren't happy with it.
