Warding Exploit to (Potentially, and Infinitesimally) Boost Your MMR

If you're sitting in the fountain, your ward items such as Sightstone and Tracker's Knife automatically recharge their wards. This includes any ward charges spent while in the fountain. So if you have bought one of these items, you can sit there in fountain while you wait for your hp to recharge, or for gold to buy an item, just placing wards and instantly getting them back. You can easily place over 100 wards per game, every game. Because this is potentially exploitable, I recommend changing Sightstone and Tracker's Knife to have a 10 or 20 second cooldown on ward recharges. It's enough to not impact the game, but still prevent exploits.
