Poppy Heroic Charge should stop Dashes

There has been some discussion about Ryze and Veigar having dash denial. I think Poppy's Heroic charge is a good candidate to receive dash denial against almost all dashes exceptions being Vi and Sejuani who knock-up on their dash.

Traps stop dashes. Vayne and Tristana's pushes stop dashes. Why doesn't Poppy's Heroic Charge push stop dashes?

Here's an example: It's difficult to get an opponent at an angle to push them towards your team. You braved going behind enemy lines to get that vector of push, and if an enemy dashes when you charge they aren't pushed. That feels very wrong to me. Mechanically, Poppy is at a huge disadvantage because of this. Let's get it patched up, so Poppy can deny dashes as well as a Caitlyn trap.
