@Riot Want to make Randuin's Omen really good?
Instead of decreasing the cost or adding armor, add a mini-knockup like volibear's E. That would make this item crazy good.

Or make it so armor given by this item cant be penetrated/reduced by armor shred / black cleaver.
(Lethality and true damage will still break through, although lethality wont be as op with armorshred like black cleaver anymore)
So basically black cleaver reduces your armor by 24% but you are still getting that 60 from
rather than 76% of it or whatever.
Or a better way to explain it, you have 200 armor and buy omen so now you have 200 + 60
Zed shreds you with black cleaver with 5 stacks of black cleaver, reducing it by 24% and now you are down to 152 + 60
Because lets be honest, full ad teams are unbearable atm.
Just don't let it stack.

Now its pretty much the armor equivalent of Spirit Visage and while it does little against burst (which tanks naturally counter, anyway) it slows down sustained physical damage. Low health builds won't get much out of it still, as 15-20% of 1700 hp or so isn't a worthwhile shield cap and will be easily taken out in a single strike, but if a Tank gets crit for large numbers (by Jhin, Draven, orr Vayne, for instance) they'll shrug off the next hit. Jhin does kind of bypass it but the fact that its a shield means Randuin's excels in teamfights and can be a stronger counter to Vayne - If she gets off 2 autos + Condemn in 1.5 seconds and triggers Silver Bolts, the True damage will be absorbed by the shield and the second auto + condemn won't reach their full damage due to being partially absorbed by the shield triggered by the first auto (and creating a new one)
