No assassin ever should have winrate above 49%

At best they should float between 49-50% but at this point one should be having an eye on them and nerf hammer in his hand.

Assassins supposed to have high skill-cap. Necessity of putting themselves in dangerous spots or being able to find right timing for going in should require good game knowledge and mechanics to be successful. Which first of all is impossible for 70% of player base. At least as often as it should be to make reliable positive impact.

If they have 50% or close winrate it means that assassins are too forgiving and too rewarding. Too safe and too impactful.

You should never see assassin as first pick in meta where squishiest thing on enemy team might end up being support Alistar or Rakan. Or some Darius that decided to get one offensive item too many.

Fight me.

The best talons in high diamond have a 63% winrate at the moment.

This would have never happened if the assassins were not givin "compensation buffs" because duskblade is a cancer item and it's impossible for riot to just nerf what is cancer for the game without compensating making the nerf actually a net buff.

Why can't assassins be good without breaking balance?

Because having champions whose entire purpose is deleting someone in a game where balance is supposedly based on healthy design and counterplay where feast or famine does not exist (for everyone else but assassins) DOES NOT WORK.

Assassins are feast or famine but when they are strong they pretty much feast or feast.

adcs require extreme mechanics and good decision making since they are the least durable class, imo they should never be above 50% and never be first picked hehe

The fact that these trend for longer than a couple of days without hotfixing is proof that Riot has its head stuck too far up its ass to actually know what its doing. This is a statistical abomination for what is supposed to be a 'game'. Talon by itself has turned this season into a shit sandwich. This balance team is staffed completely by fucking idiots.

But here's a good point, kindof - It used to be a lot more difficult to get mid lane in champ select. Now, its 100% of the time you can get it when you queue up.
