Riot you need to understand this

Making a snowball meta where games are decided in 10 minutes is not fun at all but rather, you are RUINING the game, i have seen many people say this in season 5 and i disagreed, but when you start going against what the game actually say (average game length 30-45 minutes when its actually 15-25 minutes) i find it incredibly hard to defend such stupid design

I think that perhaps your anger is biasing your perceptions of game length. When I play on the Rift, it's always between 30 and 40 minutes, 25 at the shortest.

riot said average game time is around 30 minutes now.

and he was talking about game time vs game pacing. if youre not playing gold and below where throws almost happen on a regular basis, then a small lead very early on already decides the game. you can stall a bit longer from there, maybe to 30 minutes, but its a steady snowball against the team that has a slight disadvantage.

its no rare occurance of the nexus falling around 15 to 20 minutes.

Well, 95% of players are gold and below (and he's Bronze 5 in 3v3, unranked elsewhere), so the Gold-And-Below experience is more or less synonymous with the player experience as a whole.
