I don't distinctly remember Bard having a win rate lower/equal then 35% for all lanes. I could be wrong, but Bard was way more playable and popular released then Taliah. Bard did need to be buffed a few times before he reached top supp. pick level, but Taliyah is……. I'm not entirely sure.

Bard's starting win rate was attrocious, as one should have expected with a champ like him. As far as Taliyah goes, I feel its definitely feeling the Learning curve in effect. I feel she probably needs some better damage on her Unthreaded Qs and maybe even slightly less time on Worked Ground, but overall I think Taliyah is just suffering from being new and different.

I think its the fact that her Q is the only ability not super duper telegraphed and is only.....moderately telegraphed. Also, her damage is "meh" at best for offering little in terms of utility.

making it a brilliant quote, since "elementary my dear Watson" is what the joke is building off of

and "elementary" means "basic" as in "previous stage"

so "sedimentary" makes the joke work even better....
