Are there any other high elo players who actually like autofill?

It's not nice but someone has to make up for the lack of supports :/

Imo getting 1 autofill then 3 games without it is fair

i usually ask what people pref's are and try to rearrange the roles so more people get their mains.

Idk why the hell they are messing it up. Queueing for 2 roles is almost perfect (1 would be best). Instead of forcing support gameplay among people that have no interest whatsoever, how about... make the role more fun, or remove it and make league 4v4.

Supports should get more gold than they do. They never get to power build items like someone who goes on a killing spree does, and they wonder why people don't want to play it... it's just not as "glory filled" or rewarding as the other roles can be. It makes it stale. And this is coming from a support player.

Everyone says they "like" shorter queue times, and that is the sole purpose of autofill.

It's literally dicking 1-2 people for the sake of other 4-3. Sometimes you get dicked - which sucks. But generally, aren't you happy when queue pops up quickly? (I would not be by the way)

I find autofill to be an inelegant solution to the people's b***ing about queue times. If higher elo players boycotted ranked or caused enough disturbance to make major changes (for example, making support a much better role than it is now or shifting the whole role system to being equally important), Riot would've been forced to react. But now, they dicked the players to improve queue times and everyone suddenly got happy - so in the end everyone got what they deserved.
