Mid-High Silver is broken

Due to half XP to level 30, a ton of games in Mid-High Silver get screwed quite badly by newbies. Out of 3 last games, 2 were ruined by newbies that have decreased over the past 3 days in 2 divisions. One of them I was 24/4/22 Ekko Jungle and couldn't carry due to an overfed wukong top. I think there should be some separation between people in placements and people that really are Mid-High Silver, considering that right now it takes Half HP to level 30 people get stomped more, ruining other's games.

I feel ya. I really havent been climbing a ton so im changing my champion pool. Im starting to pick up twitch now because atleast i can use everyone else as a meatshield and solo carry. Playing people such as darius and renekton i had to rely on my team to not feed so im gonna play more hard carries

I was Silver 1 promos before the half xp update. Now I got to silver 3 39 LP and I am changing my champion pool and created a smurf so I can play placements, as it is far easier than climbing. I feel like now Mid-High Silver is Elo Hell.

Everyone should have to climb out of bronze. Too many people test into silver.

it is too easy to get placed into ailver now a day, they should just lower the base mmr of unranked players.

There's equal chance for "newbies" on each team though. Actually less of a chance for the one person's team, assuming the person isn't one themselves.

Still most even newbies don't know what's going on. They simply build recommended build and AA the enemy while using a Q here and there

At least the recommendeds were updated recently.

You could give tracking the enemy jungle and herding your llamas a try. Newbies also don't watch the map, so if you try that and ping it they'll die less maybe.

TBH. Silver is the new bronze. I have seen some very questionable decisions in ranked games that makes me cringe. I know that im in my ranking for a reason so i dont let it get to my head becaue "im the only good person on my team." or "everyone feeds. PLease report everyone". I see that so much and its kinda annoying

But if you are as good as you think you are they you have only 4 people that can be Trolls or AFK's or just poor mechanics and judgment players, than the enemy who has 5.

Just keep playing and try your best to carry. Remember, you can win most games as long as you know how to deal with the situation :)

this explains why it has suddenly been so much easier to get out of bronze. I recently started playing ranked again and i went from B5 to B3 in a week.

Checked out that game. First mistake is that you didn't build Void staff. Second is that you played a champion in a place that he is not designed to be played in. 3rd, as a collective their team did much better than your team. Would it not make sense for their team to win, then? You could have camped the Wukong or Kennen, but instead, I'm assuming, you chose to mindlessly beat down on the Amumu. Only one player on their team did particularly bad...

If there are so many bad players there, why don't you just stomp out of silver?
