Morgana "Rework"

The changes in patch 7.24 to Morgana were supposed to make her better in the midlane. In my opinion, I think they had very little impact on her there and if anything they were a slight nerf. She only gets spell vamp now if she hits an enemy champion or a cannon minion. These changes did, however, make Morgana jungle really good. She can permanently W a jungle camp now and get health back from the spell vamp.

What was the purpose of the rework? It honestly didn't change her very much at all or make her any more viable. Heck, I'm not even sure why it is called a rework.
