Lissandra changes

Riot, when is Lissandra getting a new passive. She had that new one in the PTR a few months back and you said it was being tweaked a bit. She hasn't had any PTR changes since then.

She is currently picked 1.1% in the mid lane (which is 37th) and she is picked 0.67% in top lane (which is 54th). Her win rate for mid lane is around 49%, and it is around 50% for top lane.

Her win percentage doesn't look bad until you look at it by game length. Her win rate in top lane between 25-30 minutes is 44.92%. That is 52nd out of all laners. Mid lane her win rate doesn't drop as low, but is below 50% almost the entire match. The only reason her win rate isn't lower is because it is 55% late game.

Lissandra needs some help Riot. Instead of bugging champions like Veigar that are balanced, or if anything need a nerf, balance the champions that need help.

One thing, first off. PTR is Overwatch. PBE is League of Legends. Sorry, that was bothering me.

Second, I completely agree especially since there is that new rune that is basically her passive but with longer cooldown and mana gain. So after preseason everyone is going to be able to get a free Lissandra passive so that will mean that her passive won't be unique in the game. I thought that the potential changes they had on the PBE were pretty good and would've made her late game even stronger since an Archangel's Staff would be really good on her from that point on. So, yes, I agree with you.

Also, that upcoming runes that is basically just her passive is called Manaflow Band.

I agree her passive is a dull excuse for bad stats. It even prevents catalyst healing. If she got damage buffs I would suggest it be a very very slight one to q, but I would rather they give her a small radius increase to w instead. She isn't all that bad, and she synergizes better with the new runes than a lot of mages.

I just want her to have an interesting passive, it's just a slightly different nunu passive and nunu is like 8 years old, you would think in 8 years they could have come up with something else

A passive rework is really all she needs, personally I'd prefer something that gives her a bit more sustain.

"When?" Um after all the CRAZY SHIT is done going down in the PBE. Between all the runes, updates, and "MUH DEATHFIRE" I don't think there is room for one champion to get a bitty passive update that never sticks. At least Riot hasn't given Lissandra 4 different passives like a tiny Ryze.
