Remove thunderlord's proccing from only one ability!!

Those abilities such as Nasus E, Zyra's plants, Miss Fortune E, things like that which proc it in a second and a half on only one ability should be altered.

The abilities that apply on hit (Gangplank Q, Ekko E, etc) all proc it 2/3 of the way.. these should be altered.

The only change thunderlord's ever needed was to actually make it take a combined amount of 3 auto's and/or/with abilities for it to proc. Shortcuts such as Lucian's double tap is just ridiculous.. revert all the nerfs it took and just implement this change. Rito pls
