There are no other reasons.
If an item is OP is it OP on 100% of champions 100% of the time.
If an item is abused, you change the abuser not the abusee. Victim shaming isnt cool, kid.
Also, theres like two hybrid items. Whats wrong with having a hybrid tiamat?
