blitzcrank's ultimate's passive

I think blitzcrank's ultimate's lightning passive has caused more grief for him and his allies than aid.

I love playing blitz but with this passive, I can't walk near my adc's minions without pushing the wave or possibly even stealing CS. Not to mention it procs combat which can be frustrating for mobility boots. Cannot clear wards in baron safely as long as his ultimate is not on cooldown. And worst of ALL, it steals kills unintentionally too many times.

Are there any benefits to keeping this passive other than some trolly mid blitzcrank or jungle blitzcrank?

How does everyone else feel about this?

I think that's the point.

Feel like it would give blitzcrank better utility if perhaps his ult were to discharge normally and then a small continuous electrical discharge were to continue for 2-3 seconds around him after the ult. I agree with the op in the fact as it stands now it is sorta of a useless addition.

Blitzcracnk ultimate passive add damage and naturally push the waves. i can understand why he have that passive but it would be better if at least it didn't proc on jungle monster when you walk near then

The worst part is when you're waiting for a Siege minion to get low so you can item 3302 it.

But then your R passive procs and takes a low HP melee minion.
