Just afk in the fountain I guess if they enemy team happened to pick something with a suppression or heavy CC. ADCs are not forced to give up their heal because they have the option of building QSS which then builds into a good AD item. What do mages have? Even cleanse isn't helping you against a warwick, malz, skarner ult. ???

Ik its different but its similar in a slightly different way, instead of insta-removing cc they can smash zhonyas as soon as said cc is over and hope team can save them in time. Not as good in this situation but certainly even more ridiculous in others (zhonyas is considered by many to be broooken)
