The Community Would Like to See Something Done About

AFK/DISCONNECTS IN RANKED! I just had a game where sej was maybe active for abouit 9 minutes then d/c rest of game. She had 0 impact on the game all she did was soak up xp and farm. Our mid lane was 6-2 our adc was 8-2 we were on a fast track to winning. We just simply could not fight them 5v4 which resulted in a loss. I lost the same amount of points I normally would have. How is it fair to punish people for having somebody you don't even know, on your team and disconnecting or going afk because they tilt because they die once! Riot this isn't fair! Please do something about it, the sooner the better. I can't stand to lose one more point because of these burdens! Thank you, have a nice day!

Either way, it's not something easily fixed so stop pretending it is. "Oh, add an intermediate bot" Well any player above bronze V should be able to easily kill an intermediate bot, they literally just chase you until their health is lower. "Oh give a buff to the team with the afk" Well, it'd have to be pretty tiny, because if your jungler afks and your team still has Tryndamere top and Zed mid with Vayne/leona botlane or any combo, a small buff if they're already ahead is going to destroy your enemy team.

No, recognizing an afk or d/c in game is not something hard to do. Giving a loss prevention or maybe losing 5 points instead of whatever you lose on average is not hard to do. Many people want this done so no, it's not just me.

Then explain options that could be done. Don't just complain :/. I mean, I've lost tons of ranked games, and I even lost a promotion to one as well, but it's unavoidable at times. I agree that loss prevention would be nice, but they haven't done anything for two years, I doubt they'll do something soon ;c
