Honor system is terrible?

All of the work I've been putting in to get honors, not even asking for them but just receiving honers based on in game play, and I've yet to see an honor level up. I've gotten quite a few honors and almost every game all 5 people on my team honor somebody. What's up with this?

It's something that takes a few months to do, and it's barely been out long, so you have to keep going.

Oh shit I forgot that it even levels up at this point. Maybe there should be some way to better track your progress?
