Matchmaking Skill Balance Issue?

I posted a post a while ago. And have updated it consistently. No one has replied especially riot. But after this last game I am making a new post. I am wondering if this is happening a lot to other people. I am being put in games not matching my skill level even remotely closely. As we all know our knowledge of the game, skills and play style changes with experience. Being put in situations where you are playing with people significantly less experienced than you leads to no smart gameplay, and absolutely no fun. I have nothing against the people I am playing with because I was there at that point and I understand how much you can learn about this game but it is not fun for me to be consistently put with lower level people.

At 5 minutes in every single lane needed my help. I had just finished my first clear. At 6 minutes in the top said he needed to leave top because Nasus was too hard to play against. So he leaves and lets Nasus free farm and said it's my fault I haven't ganked yet. AT SIX MINUTES. SIX. MINUTES.
