You get one auto-attack as a leash for jungle...
Seriously... why is it a problem? I always start bottom lane too regardless of champ.

Lol, ya if you were expecting more, that is annoying. I'd just get in the habit of asking specifically for a strong leash.
I ALWAYS leash the jungler until the mob is at 500-600hp, that way it is only 1 or 2 autos then a smite.
