Disabling camera autofocus when taking dmg while recalling?

Was this "feature" added recently? I don't remember being in the game a few weeks back, but now when I recall and I take dmg, the camera automove is screwing up my skillshots. Is there a way to disable this?

Yes it was added recently.

Haven't poked through the options to check if it's optional.

I think the change is more in mind for people who are in the buy menu or watching another lane while recalling, so they don't suddenly have their screen go dark without even realising they were being killed.
