Wait for Riot to reel in a few more millions, release another OP champion, nerf the last OP champion, do something stupid to a Support, remove an item, make new items that are either broken or OP, reel in even more millions...and realize that you are alone
It's not as if they go in to work and just sit there watching the clock til it's time to go home. If they know of a problem and haven't fixed it they have most likely either given it a lower priority or are still working on it.
If you get it every 10 games or so, there is something screwed up on your side (as opposed to the server). Have you tried any fixes for it at all, like reinstalling or doing a repair?
I had two games where a teammate was going through the same problem... A Janna, and a Lee Sin, if I remember well...
