WHY DID YOU GUYS GET RID OF THE GAREN SPIN SPAM ON URF
He is so useless now on that game mode, was so excited to try it out with conquerer :(

Good riddance, get that cancer out of here and save me a ban.
because it is important to balance URF but not the normal (ranked) SR.

because top laner and solo lane not allowed to be good only right click outplay is
because riot wants to suck all the fun from the mode so we stop asking for urf each year.
In fairness, it was cancer b/c you could basically permanently have E going. and once you had 
you became and unkillable beyblade killing machine and only became more unkillable w/ more items, When it was in urf last time I would literally dive in 1v5 Kill 3 and sometimes not even die.
AND it was broken the entire game. Just take E First and flash on the enemies while mashing it they were almost certain to die.
