If you work for riot, take singed top for ten games in ranked above gold 3(or if your elo is higher than gold 3, you play at that elo) and ask yourself, does his weakness early game justify his weak state late game. The reason im asking you to play him above gold is so that you can play against people who know how to play. Ask if you feel like you are fighting a lane that feels more uphill and is it based solely on champion.
