Are certain champions still nerfed on Twisted treeline and if so why?

Years ago a few selected champions were nerfed on Twisted treeline. are they still nerfed if so why? as far as i can tell no one on the balance team pays attention to Twisted treeline. No other champions have been nerfed for that map, so why not remove the nerfs and let the game play unencumbered. The only other option would be to start nerfing other champions that are now deemed to powerful. then constantly balancing the game the same as summoners rift.

Do you mean the old map-specific balancing from the Dominion-era? If so, they've supposedly been gone since patch 7.1 back in January 2017.

As far as I know, there's a few remaining tweaks, but they're comparatively minor things (e.g. Bard gets chimes faster, GP gets passive Serpents, Garen and Nasus stack faster, Mordekaiser has no bonus XP passive).

I sure as hell wouldn't mind some map-specific balancing, particularly for champs like Kayn/Darius/Garen. Renekton and Aatrox are starting to get out of hand as well.
