Watching Quinn Build Hurricane Makes Me Puke

I'm playing with people who don't understand the core mechanics of the champ they're playing. There has to be something Riot can do, right? I mean, is it my job to tell someone that the core mechanic of their champ (the FUCKING valor targets) doesn't support two simultaneous bolts?

Getting a helpful +1 at the end of the game doesn't really fix the core problem here ... HURRICANE BEING BUILT ON QUINN!!
