??? Lulu's passive never proc'd it. It's not an auto attack and her passive does not proc on hit affects, are you feeling ok?

Guinsoo's passive still procs on ranged attacks. It does not proc on the 8th attack, which is the one that will grant you the 8th stack, which was a bug. The passive will proc normally after the 9th attack.
