So Meddler said somethign about improving Wit's end

Something about having Melee steal MR faster. I am hoping that it is made into a good option for many of the champs who would often get it in season 2.

But this item will not feel right until it has something else changed.

Make it 42 MR, 42% attack Speed and 42 on hit magic damage.

These base stat buffs are not going to break the item.
