Can yall just shut up about teemo? when he was low winrate every one was like "We need to rework teemo! he's a useless piece of garbage that no one could ever win with!" I honestly don't have a problem with Teemo, I have him disabled in all of my games.

And by that I mean I always ban him.

Unless one of my allies want to play him. In which case I just cross my fingers and hope for the best.

As annoying as teemo gets I don't hate him. I feel like the cheese he brings to solo lanes makes up for how bad he is in any organized team fight.

1st to the OP Riot Games holds Teemo on a peddistal that will never get nerfed. They'd sooner change a Rune or keystone before touching him. We've seen it in the past. Took an act of congress 4 meetings at the United nation, 2 phone calls to nasa and To get china to agree against korea but we did get his shrooms nerfed from Lasting 10 mins to what it is today. On the other hand they'll nerf and rework the shit out of . Granted he's not very loved unlike a Teemo he's very hard to play. Also Riot has stated they do not want Shaco in a lcs championship game. If only we could sue them for that statement. discrimation against occupation clown haters I tell you the whole lot of them!

To waiting for wow, Teemo is about 25% stronger than he was before, as far as damage. Also he doesnt fall off now, due to the damage boost and shorter games. 2ndly Teemo Survives longer now. I blame things like the free spell shield ruin and Cel granting him 4% exstra ms he didnt have before. Also the spell vamp rune in domination combo's very well with Gunblade giving him a 18% heal on dot and aoe abilitys not counting his any direct ap hits from a nasors healing for 48% of their damage.

Not even speaking of the 20 free magic penatration get gets by standing still or in a bush. Or about the double proc of Aery from his e damage alone.

Also I do not know if the scortch with stack with him or not so I believe most are taking the river rune or gathering storm which can get enough power should the game go that long to team wipe with a single Shroom. Being that a teemo can easily cause 800 damage - 1200 with just a shroom q combo, Let me ask you would that help or hinder a team even if he was instantly deleted. Shroom slow and damage spread across 4 people while a Q hits the adc or a diver . now its 4v5 but every member cds off blown from blowing up a teemo and they are all about half hp. with impared movement.

Honestly Teemo Is in a Stronger and Better State since Runes Reforge than I've seen since i started in preseason 4,

I litterly 1v1 beat a Yi ulting at me who dodged my Q with his, with a single shroom under me and my own AA. It was close by my Attacks out dps his.

He averages 52% right now, and this is probably only because the games end so fast that there are very few teamfights (his one major weakness) compared to previously.

i mean, teemo was pretty garbage before the new runes, can we nerf the runes first instead of that little game that riot seems to play (nerf the champ because of some item/rune, nerf the item/rune right after that without revert the previous nerfs)
