Are marksmen becoming too safe?

Not just too safe, also too buffed. ADCs have just been getting buff after buff after buff, while every other class that contests them such as assassins and bruisers have been receiving nerf after nerf after nerf.

Additionally, supports are overbuffed as well. It's like Riot just wants ADCs to be the overlords of League.

Relic shield will be gone but don't worry because that / is still gonna cuck you even if the ADC deals 0 damage but apparently that seems to be OK huh

People who don't realize this game is going more and more towards marksmen... They are trying to remove every single weakness they had. Being to weak ? Here goes phantom dancer rework + death dance + bt, and don't worry you won't lose any dps. Being cc'd ? Who cares here goes QSS, let's add AD and lifesteal to the item too. Losing against an AP ? Look Maw of malmortius allows you to survive the burst, even if you're behind while giving you free stats, that make you out-sustain the enemy and eventually killing him. Oh and also, remember when GA had tank stats ? We reworked it too to give it some AD, so you won't suffer so much from buying it.

I did an experiment today to test the relic shield + janna's shield. Knowing I would die, I just wanted to see how much damage I could do. With fully burst I didn't even make past the shield.

Ok my take being an adc main is to solve this problem is to first make adc's items more expensive. Zeal items and ie/er. Keep the shiv/rfc interaction but make shiv a flat amount of damage and if you crit it only does 40% more dmg. Next we need to make it so there is some trade off on adc's defensive items like mercurial and ga. I think they offer a bit too much damage for a defensive item. I think riot overlooks the fact that adc's have a buddy with them building also to help them and that makes adc's tip over the edge. I don't think adc's are becoming too safe I think supports are just that good at their job right now and supports are the reason why adc's are safe.

Targon's shield mostly will be removed next patch, so this "half hp shields" is temporary issue
