Idea for balancing Yasuo

Since Yasuo is kind of a hot topic atm, I had an idea to make him less obnoxious. Basically, instead of his passive always doubling his crit chance, how about it increasing his crit chance based on level? Say, it gives him 30% bonus crit chance at level 1 and scales to 100% late game, effectively doubling it as it does on live.

This would still encourage him to buy 2 crit items first and keep his lategame power intact, but would alleviate the annoying situation in which a Yasuo finishes his PD and becomes a monster in lane thanks to his 60% crit chance 10 minutes into the game.

Alternative balance ideas:

-Reduce Windwall's duration from 3.75 second to 3 or 2.5 seconds

-Allow the enemy to see which minions Yasuo has already dashed through OR move his E to a charge system.

If anything he's weak, theres a reason he see literally 0 pro play while apparently being OP and broken.

No because that takes away all of his damage. By the time he build full crit, ie and pd or shiv, most champions have 3 items because they cost less than Yasuos, and at that point Yasuo fighting with no crit would just end with this death, he is balanced leave him alone.

He already has to buy two crit items first and it only barely lets him keep up with damage early -mid game.

No its balanced, he has a 4 secind up time to a 25+ cd times on it. stop trying to make pointless changes.

-Allow the enemy to see which minions Yasuo has already dashed through OR move his E to a charge system.

Why not spoon feed everyone a victory over him right.
