Karthus mains are, ironically, a dying breed.

you wont have to worry about leblancs passive in season 7 at least thats one thing down..but you know at least two more things you have to deal with lol..

Le Blanc's passive will change, so idk why did he put it there (first column third row).

Mirror image wouldn't save you from Karthus ult, it doesn't block damage when it triggers.

What if (NOW BAR E WITH ME ON THIS) Karthus' ult would do damage under specific circumstances. I.E. Items block it but abilities don't. (Outside of things like Tryn's ult.

Karthus is still a strong champion, just extremely underplayed. If I was a Karthus main I would not complain at all if there was even a small chance a Rioter took my complaint, buffed Karthus, everyone starts playing him, and then he gets Kalista'd. Then you truly have a weak champion.
