What does one do against this champ, can't kill her, can't chase her, can't run from her.

That build basically requires a lead to work, if she is behind, she can't tank at all. Or just take conquerer and blow her up every time.

Bring a friend. Don't try to 1v1 someone when you know you can't.

Grievous Wounds.
Bring champs that can break the tether or work around it.
Mobility champs will beat a tank Karma build, as it relatively robs HER of mobility.
Instant assassinations.
Harass her and don't give her a lane presence.
Use Riven (who gets a huge power spike, can dash out of her tether, and come right back with Q, and then finish with R, having denied her the heal)
Use Illaoi (her E is far more spammable than Karma's R, so she can just harass Karma out of lane)
Kled is Antithesis to Karma. If she attempts to tether him, he can tether her, close the gap, and actually finish her while they are both rooted. His one combo damage is something Karma just can't deal with. If he lands his chain, she's dead.
Wu Kong can generally kill Karma faster than she can on click, if he builds lethality in a solo lane.
Jax generally destroys her before she can counter him.
As long as he doesn't engage Karma, Yorick can counter Karma, simply by sending minions at her and Eing her from a safe distance. She can't W to heal nonchampions, so Proxy fights can kill her.
