Urgot's ultimate

Everyone knows Urgot's ulti is really not that great and it needs to be change. So I'm thinking for the new Ulti, Urgot goes back on his hind legs and his front legs stretch out and he AA's like that. It would be quick, not a projectile, deal bonus AoE damage, and still apply passive to everyone hit.

EDIT: Thanks for the Feed back guys, I guess I should leave the ideas to the guys at Riot LOL but I enjoyed making this post. Hopefully my next will be something better :P

Interesting thought, but it would depend a lot on what kind of urgot you are. Though urgot's ult is very out of place at this time, it does provide a lot of solid opportunities too. The mr/armor increase for starters makes him a good 1v1 champ. When I urgot, I like to use my ult more as a pick than as an iniate. a lot of times that means you don't get a kill, but an assist is better than nothing. My belief with urgot is that he should keep his ult, but change around a few stats here and there and poof you have a solid top or support champ. Things like his shield being based off something other than ap would help. Anyways, I think that yes it would be sad to see him leave the adc position, but he has the potential for a great bruiser. Here is why: though you don't give a direct buff to your ally you have a damage reduction for your basic attacks (which indirectly would be similar how taric has armor aura in the math sense) next he has armor reduction from his e ( basically the same as giving your ally more attack damage to those who your e hits). then he has his slow (w + auto attack which also will lower their damage) which also helps him be more tanky. Lastly his ult would fit this style of play better you could ult enemies under tower, stunning them so your team would get a bunch of damage on them. If you did still end up switching you gained the bonus armor (throw in your shield) and you will easily survive the tower blasts in addition to a solid pick on a carry.

The thing I don't like about Urgot's ult is that it doesn't feel like it has any synergy with his kit, not does it even suit his character. Perhaps an Ult that is based around decreasing his cooldowns for a brief period and doubling slows on enemies?

I don't like your idea to be honest, though I do agree that Urgot's ultimate needs to be replaced. What's key though is to make sure it does not make him even more of a lane bully, since that's the one area he's actually extremely strong in.

Everyone knows Urgot's ulti is really not that great and it needs to be change.

His current ultimate is actually pretty awesome. Massive resistances, suppression, and the capacity to move an opponent wherever you want.

Main issue it has is it's unwieldy. The channel duration lasts to long for the position swapping to feel all that useful, and you don't get to deal any damage to an opponent while casting it.

If Urgot swapped positions instantly and then just flat-out suppressed his target for 1 second where he could pew-pew them, his ultimate would probably be listed as one of the strongest/most broken in the game.

It just needs to feel less lethargic. That, or add a lot of cool sounds/visuals to the current one to make it seem more gigantic and massive to seem awesome while being kinda slow.

So I'm thinking for the new Ulti, Urgot goes back on his hind legs and his front legs stretch out and he AA's like that. It would be quick, not a projectile, deal bonus AoE damage, and still apply passive to everyone hit.

Seems kinda underhwlming for an ultimate, and also ill-suited to what's largely a poke champion.
