Fiddlesticks Level 6

Fiddlesticks needs to be toned down, especially his ult damage. His ult may be a duration ultimate, but all you have to do is fear and silence and the enemy is stuck in it the whole duration. All of his abilities are point and click, and at level 6 you can get a guaranteed instakill on the enemy. Thats broken and needs to be fixed. Even assassins that have no CC can't get an instakill at only level 6.
