Options For Not Moving My Camera On Spawn Isn't Working??

So a while ago I got sick of every time I spawned, my camera moved back to the spawn. So obviously I changed the settings to not do that, but even now, even after I changed the settings, it still does it. Not even 100% of the time though, it's usually about a 50/50 chance. This also goes with teleports, where sometimes I will die, or miss a kill opportunity because it moved my camera. I'm assuming this is a bug, and it is just really frustrating sometimes so I hope this could get some attention so riot could look into it and try to fix it.
