Dynamic Queue Takes Way Too Long To Find A Game

I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but for me, trying to go do solo queue, or even duo queue is very difficult with the new dynamic queue if neither has support picked. This system seems to have the same problems I found with team builder, though team builder was waaay worse. I will sometimes have to wait half an hour, and then when I get into champ select, almost 50% of the time, someone dodges. I don't have a way to fix it imo, but just wanted to get this out there to see if anyone else has these problems.
