That Zed Q Bug Though

Still waiting for the Zed Q bug to be fixed. If you don't know what it is, it's when zed w-q's too fast, his second shuriken just disappears. I find this extremely frustrating in the laning phase as Zed because I miss my Q's more often now because I can't do my combo fast enough. The bug has been here for I think 5 or 6 patches now (correct me if I'm wrong) and still they haven't changed it.
