in game display idea@ riot

I was wondering if this would be possible. Above the mini map displays our team with health and mana,energy. Would it be possible to also display the other team as well above our team? Also the ability to shuffle then to match lanes. This would give both teams a idea how the matchup are going as well a bit easier time for Jg to have a better views of where they may be needed most and cut down on the multi pings and rants in chat. I would think this would be a positive improvement to the nature of the game.
