A Question About Karthus
It's been a few months since I played karthus, but I was wondering if anyone could clarify a few questions for me:
1: Is his ult really wussy, or is it just me? I know it does, like, 250/500/700 damage (roughly) to everyone, but that doesn't seem like that big a deal. I feel like it has shat scaling, so that doesn't help much either. And even if it did do a butload of damage, it seems like there are many ways to dodge it's damage - heals, zhonya's, random invulnerability spells, stuff like that. This still doesn't seem too bad, except the cd is like 300 seconds, which is really really long - When I'm playing karthus, I feel like my job is to farm until someone on my team almost kills someone on the other team, and then ult (and generally not get the kill for some heal/sheild reason)
So, has anyone else noticed that karthus's ult does not much damage, that is easily avoided, and takes a really long time to get ready again?
I don't think I would have an issue if either of the three issues were removed - there was more damage (execute? :)), the cd was less (lazers all day), or it was unavoidable (reduces effectiveness of shields/heals by 90% and targeted untargetables?)
Thanks!
