Can we put a cap on how many ranked games someone can play within a division?

On another account just lost a ranked game. Had a support Lux (go figure -- it's in some silver/gold mmr). She had zero presence whatsoever. I looked up her op.gg and what do you know? She has over 937 ranked games on her, and since ending Silver 2 last season she is currently... Gold 5. 900+ games to move up two divisions? Seriously? I can't fathom how many times you had to fail promos or some shit to barely move anywhere in the ladder. Can't expect players to value their games when they spam until they reach gold and sit there for the rest of the season.

sorry but what? are you going to give them a free boost when they reach that cap then? or should we also do the same for people who are in diamond+? why do you care if someone has X amount of games in a certain division?

Ranked is LITERALLY (Riot concurs with this) decided by the worst players, not the best. My efforts mean almost nothing if the team can't at least hold their own somewhat. I've had games where I had almost no participation and still won games hard; because 2/3 lanes were extremely skilled, likely smurfs. I wondered if I even deserved any LP for that game, and plenty of games where I know I definitely didn't deserve to lose 16-18 LP despite starting out 6/1 down bot and keeping my lead until our nexus started getting assaulted.
