Please Riot... Remove time ban when you dodge queue once (REPOST)

A lot of people said that this would result in super long wait times because people would begin to dodge left right and center. My argument is not that wait times should be removed altogether. I said dodging queue ONCE, ONE TIME ONLY, IF YOU DODGE TWICE IN A ROW YOU SHOULD GET A WAIT TIME, is when people shouldn't be given a wait time. I personally don't think this would result in a super long wait time. Even as it is now, wait times are super ridiculous. Just last night I had to wait an actual hour and a half!!! to get into a game. We had about 10 people dodge queue on us and 2 or 3 remakes all in a row. People who are dodging to troll are going to troll regardless of the wait time. They don't care how long they get banned for. For people like me though, who just want to climb elo, when I see a Kassadin support, I would like one game of grace to be able to dodge without getting a queue wait time. Thoughts?
