OK, so I was playing a ranked game my team wasn't doing so good they were kinda feeding until I got my item spike, then I started roaming and carried my team to win I ended up with 24 kills 2 deaths and 11 assists with 188 cs. At the end of the game, I only got 15 lp. Shouldn't I get more?

I don't know your rank. But if you are Silver2 and losing a lot (25% WR) then riot's system is saying this dude is not Silver2, he doesn't deserve to climb. The way to make sure you do not climb? You lose more LP than you gain. So if you ever wanted to climb, you would need some massive winstreak to offset the huge losses you take. At the same time, you should be playing against lower ranked opponents. So if you are beating bronze4 dudes, you shouldn't get as much LP for winning in that game.
But the MMR system is stupid. Sorry bro. You are going to have to win A LOT to fix your MMR. Or you are going to need a new account. Maybe you can quit rank for one WHOLE year and it might reset.
What rank/want a duo? I can try to help, but I am only a silver level player.

Mysticman891 votesLP gains/losses depend on your mmr relative to your rank, so if you have a low mmr for your rank, your LP gains will be relatively poor.
(If loss forgiven is ever on during a match, lp gains are reduced to half as well, although I doubt that's whats happened here.)
