Why isnt my mmr going up?
Im bronze 4 and im playing in games and winning against bronze 1's and silver 5's and my mmr isnt going up help.

It is going up steadily, but dont expect massive LP gains from it unless youre fighting silver 1 and 2, or unless you go on a gigantic winstreak.
Best thing to do is to farm it with a high silver friend.
Even if you are stomping higher ranks, your MMR only climbs so high per win. Think it is around like a max of 20 points a win, though usually much less. Riots way of trying to keep MMR balanced with rank, which they fail at miserably sadly.
Lolking says your overall win rate is 44%. Maybe you have confirmation bias and you're not doing as well as you think. However, it is possible to be temporarily locked in low bronze. : If you were previously bronze 5 with an MMR that was WAY LOW even for bronze 5, you can experience slow climbing (losing a lot of points when you lose and gaining a lot fewer when you win) until your MMR gets right with your visible rank.
Probably though, it's the 44% win rate you have.
