Why is my mmr going down when i play normals?

because op.gg is very inaccurate and only goes by who is currently in your game.
You could litterally jump from b4-s5 by one game in the eyes of op.gg just based on who else is in the game.
Only Riot can see your mmr. If youre wondering why third party websites are changing their estimate so much you'd have to ask them
Your ranked and normal mmr is still separate. I dont know why it is displaying something.
