HELP my client KEEPS dying whenever i do anything outside game!!!

As of the past week my client keeps crashing or dying whenever i open up a browser or open other programs. It happened around 5 times the past three days.

Sometimes dies without me doing anything......

IM GETTING AFK REPORTS AND QUE DODGES CAUSE OF THIS
