Macros are scripting and banned in League of Legends. Abilities have cast times so that it is humanly possible to be nearly perfectly efficient. Just work on the combos and you'll be fine (you mostly just smash buttons anyway.)

thats a good question, to be honest im not sure since i do know its acceptable to get a gaming mouse and map abilities and even modifiers to the buttons but ive never heard of someone having a combo mapped to a single button.
