Good Junglers and Mid Laners to Carry Low Elo

Hello, this is my alt account but my real account is level 30 and is in silver 5. Hoping to get to a higher elo in the next season, I want to master a champion that can carry most games through bronze-gold. I main jg and mid but I'm honestly fine with every lane, it's just bot seems to be very reliant on the team and same with top. I was hoping for some suggestions on champions that can carry low elo. A lot of the time I play ranked, my team feeds before I can do anything. By the time I'm level 3, the enemy has first blood and it gets out of control. Thank you very much for your suggestions.

I am willing to dedicate alot of time to the champion, so do not worry if it's a high skill cap champion.
