@Riot Keystone runes selection

I for one am very excited about the new keystone and rune combination but i was wondering how many options we will have. In the current system few characters choose between multiple keystones often just choosing the best option numerically for them.

Will there be a large selection or will choices be more noticeable in the lower tier runes.
