Nerf the flow generation on his e, if he's juking my skillshots with a dash, why is he rewarded with a shield for the thing i manage to land?

He shouldnt have that idiotic shield on him to begin with.
he's punished for spamming his dash by pushing the lane. also you should probably pop his flow shield with an auto attack instead of complaining about it.
