Yeah it sounds scary on champs who already have cd reducing abilities on autos. Lucian with infinite dashes, yi being untargetable, xin catching you 17 times.

I noticed this the moment it was released honestly. Now, whether or not it was good on him at the time is a different story.

So i wanted to throw something in there too and that is how strong tris might be when she takes hall of blades -faster e proc -gaining penetration and overall more dmg from domination tree -for compensation she is just going to take AS precision and i guess that it might be that she will be out of control again. Just a thought though...
